Delivery usually takes about 4–7 business days, though rare delays may occur. If extended lead times apply, this will be noted on the product page. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage—even to the packaging—note it when signing. If you cannot open the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, mark the receipt with “suspect damage.” If the item itself is damaged, send photos to support@worksitewarehouse.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or compensation.

When will I know my order has shipped?

Do you charge sales tax?
We are headquartered in South Carolina. Orders shipped within South Carolina will include sales tax; all other states are exempt. This means many customers save significantly compared to buying elsewhere.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
