What if my order arrives damaged?

We ask that you carefully inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any damage—even to the outer packaging—please note it when signing for receipt. If you cannot open the package right away but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery form.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please email clear photos to support@worksitewarehouse.com. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund quickly, often within one business day.
